Returns
We're sure you'll be happy with your MPM Motorcycle Mat purchase but we all change our minds. If you do, please read through the information below. As always we are only an email or phone away! So any questions you have please email to support@motorcyclemat.com or contact us via WhatsApp.
- If you are for any reason unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in an original resalable condition. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Please check the product when you receive the package. MPM Motorcycle Mat is not responsible for any defect for products that are not checked within 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
- MPM Motorcycle Mat is not responsible for all the shipping and customs fees of the returned items.
- Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit.
- We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as MPM Motorcycle Mat will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days.
