Our company lists all measurements and features of the products in their descriptions. Customers are advised to read these details prior to purchasing. However, if there is an error or discrepancy with the product, it is our responsibility and we will make sure to rectify the problem. If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and make sure to provide the best service possible.
Standard mats can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, with the customer covering the return shipping cost. However, customized mats cannot be returned as they are made to order.
Please note that return requests will only be accepted in the case of damaged or incorrectly shipped products or if the issue came from our end. To initiate a return, please contact us first.
